President

Human rights advocate, community leader, and one of the co-founders of OURS IN THE USA. Dmitrii leads the organization’s mission to support and empower Russian-speaking LGBTQI+ immigrants and asylum seekers in the U.S.

Vice President

Community organizer and event host focused on LGBTQI+ visibility and inclusion. Kirill strengthens outreach and public representation of the organization.

Filmmaker, creative professional, and activist dedicated to documenting stories of LGBTQI+ migration and visibility through media and art.

Community representative and liaison with local advisory boards and public institutions, supporting cooperation with the City of West Hollywood and partner organizations.

Immigration Attorney

Provides legal expertise in U.S. immigration law and supports immigrants and asylum seekers through legal guidance and representation in line with the mission of OURS IN THE USA.

Eva Meelash

Psychologist, Support Group Facilitator & DJ

Psychologist and facilitator of peer support groups for LGBTQI+ immigrants.
Also a DJ and sound producer with extensive international experience performing at top venues around the world.
Since 2023, a resident artist with the label Café De Anatolia, combining music and mindfulness to build emotional connection within the community.

Miami Queen Glitzer

Community Ambassador

Drag performer and cultural icon representing the Russian-speaking LGBTQI+ community across the United States.
Through art, performance, and visibility, Glitzer brings pride, color, and connection to every event she joins.

Anastasia Mednikova

Development & Fundraising Manager

Leads fundraising initiatives and builds partnerships to support the organization’s programs.
Responsible for donor relations, grant applications, and developing strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of OURS IN THE USA.
