Providing urgent help to LGBTQI+ individuals in crisis — because safety can’t wait.
OURS IN THE USA provides immediate support to Russian-speaking LGBTQI+ immigrants and asylum seekers facing crisis situations.
We assist those who have lost housing, experienced violence, or found themselves in danger due to their identity.
Our volunteers and partners help people access safe temporary accommodation, food, transportation, and basic necessities.
Every case is handled with confidentiality, compassion, and urgency.
What We Offer

We assist LGBTQI+ immigrants and asylum seekers who:
Those Facing Violence or Homelessness
Many of our members were forced to leave their homes, partners, or rented housing due to threats, discrimination, or homophobic violence.
We help them find a safe place to stay, regain stability, and begin rebuilding their lives in a new country.
Those Rejected by Family or Community
Some LGBTQI+ people lose connection with parents, relatives, or friends after coming out.
OURS IN THE USA becomes a new support system — a family of understanding and acceptance where people can heal and find belonging.
Those Released from Immigration Detention
After being released from ICE detention, many individuals have nowhere to go and lack access to housing, transportation, or financial resources.
We provide transitional help, connect them with legal aid, cover essential needs, and ensure they do not end up on the street during their first days of freedom.
Those Facing Discrimination and Lack of Basic Resources
We assist individuals who have been denied housing, employment, or healthcare because of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or immigration status.
OURS IN THE USA helps restore access to basic needs and connects people with partner organizations for long-term support and empowerment.
How You Can Help
Your donations make it possible to provide real emergency support when it’s needed most.
A small contribution can cover food, transportation, or one night of safe housing.
